I love DQ, especially the old DQ from when I was a kid.
Click on I understand the risks, let me download anyway... Then, download the mod. I've seen this a lot on several mods, not just Squigglze. Run your virus scanner on the mod might have to unzip it, just remember to zip it back up), and it will more than likely come up okay.
